REFUND POLICY

At Meridian Concierge Group, we pride ourselves on delivering a professional and highly
personalised relocation service. Due to the bespoke nature of our work, all bookings are subject to
the following refund terms.


1. Deposit and Balance

 

  • A 50% deposit is required to commence your concierge service.

  • The remaining 50% balance is due upon signing a lease through our service.

 

2. Refund Eligibility


Because our relocation process begins immediately after payment, deposits are non-refundable
once work has commenced, including but not limited to:

 

  • Initial property research or market checks

  • Communication with real estate agents or property managers

  • Preparation of your client profile, inspection list, or application support documents

  • You may request a full refund only within 24 hours of payment and before any service activity has started.
     

Refunds are not provided if:

  • You change your mind, your plans change, or you secure accommodation through other mean after work has begun.

  • You withdraw from the relocation process or stop responding to our team.

  • You are unsuccessful in securing a rental property despite our full completion of the agreed-upon service scope.

3. Service Completion Without Lease

 

If no lease is signed through our service but the agreed property search and inspection services have been completed, the deposit remains non-refundable as it covers professional time, coordination, and labour already performed.

 

4. Refund Process

 

Approved refunds (under the limited 24-hour condition) will be processed within 7 business days to

the original payment method.
