What We Do
 

• Search and shortlist rental properties that meet your brief

• Attend open homes or conduct live video walk-throughs

• Prepare strong rental applications and supporting documents.

• Liaise with property managers to present your application.

• Assist with utilities setup, short stay coordination, furniture, cleaning, and move-in
  logistics.

• Coordinate optional add-ons such as airport transfers, pest control, or car sourcing.
   

We do not hold bonds, rent, or client money. All bond payments and rent are handled
directly with the landlord or property manager as required by Queensland law.​

What We Do​

• Search and assess on-and-off-market listings.

• Inspect, appraise, and report on shortlisted properties.

• Negotiate or bid at auction (with written authority).

• Coordinate building, pest, finance, conveyancing, and settlement milestones.

• Provide post-settlement support and trusted local referrals.
   

What We Don't do​

• We do not act for sellers, developers, or landlords.

• We do not hold deposits, bonds, or client funds.

• We do not pressure clients or make unrealistic promises.

• We do not provide legal or financial advice — we connect you with licensed
  professionals.

• We do not accept undisclosed commissions or kickbacks. When third-party services
  are resold or referred through Meridian Concierge Group, this will be clearly disclosed
  in writing and invoiced transparently.​​

Meridian Concierge Group partners with trusted third-party providers for vehicle sourcing,
cleaning, pest control, furniture coordination, airport transfers, and other relocation
support. All add-on services are subject to availability, scope, and approval by Meridian
Concierge Group.​​​
